Topping up your wallet

   Send the money

   Transfer to one of the accounts below from KBZPay, Wave, AYA Pay or your bank.

   Keep the receipt

   Save the screenshot or photo your app gives you.

   Tell us

   Open your wallet, enter the amount and the reference, and attach the receipt.

   We confirm

   Once staff check the transfer, the balance is in your wallet and ready to spend.

Where to send the money

Send the exact amount and keep the receipt. Money sent to any other account cannot be traced to your order.

What is due, and when

• Orders are paid from your wallet. Top it up by transfer, and the money is added once we check the transfer.
• Goods from China: orders under ¥2,000.00 take a 50% deposit, and orders of ¥2,000.00 or more are paid in full up front.
• Anything still owed, with freight, is due once our logistics partner weighs your parcel. It leaves China once everything is paid.
• Goods from Myanmar stock: you pay in full, with delivery, when you order.
• Until we buy the item from the seller, you can cancel from your order's page.
• Within 24 hours of ordering you get back everything you paid. After that, 10% of what you paid up front is kept as a handling fee.
• Once the item is bought, the seller has to take it back before we can refund you. Contact us and we will ask the seller.
• If the seller cannot supply the item, we cancel the order and refund everything you paid.
• Orders from Myanmar stock can be cancelled free of charge until they are packed.
• Refunds go back to your wallet.
